Freedom Cleaning have compiled the following most frequently asked questions we encounter. If however, you do not see the answer to your specific question then please do contact us, we would be more than happy to help.


You are assigned the same person for the time you are with us, if your cleaner is on holiday or not in work for any other reason I would provide cover from another trusted team member.
You are provided with terms and conditions but are not tied into a contract and there is no notice period, we are confident you will be happy with our service, if you do wish to leave us for any reason you can do so at anytime.
We are confident that we hold the most comprehensive insurance cover available, we are fully insured against any damage to your home and have full employee liability insurance.
Yes, 2 hours per visit. We recommend a minimum of 2 hours as anything less does not allow us enough time to perform a thorough clean of your home.
We select our cleaners very carefully. Every cleaner is interviewed in their own home as part of our stringent recruitment process which includes ID and reference checks. We only select cleaners we would trust in our own homes
We are very selective of who joins Freedom Cleaning hopefully this will not happen, but if for any reason you were unhappy please let the office know your concerns and we will remedy the situation immediately.
Once we have discussed your requirements (either over the phone or on a home visit) we are able to assign you a cleaner within the same week.
